Q: Is there curfew?
A: Our reception is open 24 hours, there will always be someone to open the front door and give you the key.
Q: Are the prices per room or per person? Are they with or without VAT?
A: The prices shown on our website are per person and include tax (VAT)
Q: How can I pay?
A: You can pay for your stay either in cash or with any credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro). We do not accept American Express.
Q. Is breakfast included in the price?
A. Unfortunately, we do not serve breakfast but we are in the heart of
Q: Is there a left-luggage office at the hostel?
A: We have a room next to reception where we can store your luggage for a few hours.
Q: Is there Internet connection?
A: We have two computers connected to the Internet. You can also connect to the Internet from your own laptop (no wi.fi.)
Q: Can I smoke in the hostel?
A: No! Hostel Campi is absolutely no smoking. There are smoke detectors throughout the building. The only place where smoking is allowed is in the lounge next to the reception.
Q: Is there an age limit at Hostal Campi?
A: There is no age limit. Minors, of course, must be accompanied by an adult.
Q: Do we have to bring our own sheets and towels?
A: You will find bed linen and towels in the room which are included in the price. You do not have to bring hairdryer or iron either as they are available at the reception on request. Daily room cleaning.
Q: Is there a lift in Hostal Campi?
A: Unfortunately, the hostal does not have a lift. Please note that the reception is located at the second floor of the building and that the rooms are located from the second to the fourth floor of the building.
Q: I want to bring my pet with me, is it possible?
A: No pets are allowed.
Q: Is there a parking in Hostal Campi?
A: Unfortunately we don’t have a parking. There is one close to the Hostel, in Plaza Cataluña. Our advice is to park there when you arrive in Barcelona, so it would be easier for you with your luggage, and then, when you are here, we can show you some other options.
